Privacy Policy
Last updated August 2026
This policy explains what information Quvlo (“we,” “us”) collects when you use this website, how we use it, and the choices you have. We keep data collection to the minimum needed to reply to you and run the site.
Who we are
Quvlo is a web studio operated by Kyle Chalk, based in Dallas, Texas. You can reach us at hello@quvlo.co.
What we collect
We collect only what you choose to give us. That is the details you type into our contact or purchase forms (your name, business name, email address, and any project details), and, if you ask for a full teardown after running the free scanner, your email address together with the results of that scan. We do not use tracking cookies, advertising pixels, or third-party analytics that profile you.
How we use it
We use your information to respond to your enquiry, prepare a quote, and communicate about your project. If you asked for a teardown, we use your email to send it and may send up to two short follow-ups about that specific site, and then we stop. We never sell or rent your information, and we don’t share it except with the service providers below who help us operate.
Running the free scanner
The scanner never asks for an email and never requires one. You can scan any address and read the results without giving us anything about yourself.
We do record the website address you scan, together with the results of that scan. Because that address is a public business website, we may also look at the public information that site publishes — such as a business name, phone number, or contact email shown on its own pages — and we may use a third-party service to help read it, in order to prepare a teardown and, where it looks relevant, to reach out and offer our help. We only ever use information the business has already made public on its own site. If you would rather we did not, email us at hello@quvlo.co and we will delete the record and not contact you; every message we send also carries a one-click way to opt out.
If you then ask us to send the full teardown, we store the email you gave alongside the findings from that scan. We keep them together on purpose: it means our reply talks about your actual site rather than sending you a generic brochure. We use it to send the teardown and, at most, to send two short follow-ups about that same site. After that we stop, whether you reply or not. Every email carries a one click unsubscribe, and we act on it immediately. You can also email us at any time to be removed, and we will delete the record.
Service providers
Form submissions are processed by Formspree, which delivers your message to us. If you make a payment, it is handled securely by Stripe, and we never receive or store your full card details. If you choose to finance a project, that financing is provided by a third party such as Affirm under its own terms. Enquiries, teardown requests, and scanned-site records are stored in Airtable, which we use to track who we owe a reply to. To read the public pages of a site you scan and prepare a teardown, we may use a third-party website-scraping service, which only ever receives the public website address. Our website is served by a static hosting provider. Our fonts are served from our own domain rather than a third-party font service, so no font provider receives your IP address.
Data retention
We keep enquiry emails for as long as needed to serve you and meet our record-keeping obligations, then delete them. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to object to its processing. To exercise any of these, email us at hello@quvlo.co and we’ll respond promptly.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as our practices evolve. The “last updated” date above reflects the most recent version.
